3. Shipping Methods:

We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs. These include:

  • Standard Shipping: This is the most cost-effective option. Delivery times for domestic U.S. orders typically range from 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping services at an additional cost. Delivery times for expedited shipping range from 1-3 business days depending on the destination.

We ship via reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, allowing you to track its progress.


4. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery location.
  • The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is processed.
  • Any customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Domestic Shipments (within the United States): Generally, delivery takes between 3-7 business days from the day your order is shipped. Expedited shipping options are available if you need your order sooner.

  • International Shipments: At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. We plan to expand our shipping options in the future to include international destinations.

6. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

7. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

8. Delivery Issues:

9. Returns & Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your eyewear purchase, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sparkleessencee.com for return instructions.

Please ensure the items are in their original, unused condition. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
